Terms of Service

The terms for using RevKlik: accounts, acceptable use, payments, your data, liability limits, and governing law.

These terms govern your use of the RevKlik service from Joyo Digitama. Read them through before creating an account.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using RevKlik (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. The Service

RevKlik is an analytics and revenue-tracking service for online business owners. It includes:

  • A tracking script of about 4 KB (gzip) that you install on your site.
  • A dashboard with traffic sources, visitor journeys, funnels, and revenue attribution.
  • Payment integrations with Xendit, DOKU, Mayar, Paywuz, and Polar.
  • Heatmaps, session recordings, and AI insights on the plans that include them.
  • A public API and an MCP server.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it is free of interruptions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for giving accurate information, keeping your credentials secret, all activity under your account, and telling us promptly about unauthorised use. We may suspend an account whose information proves inaccurate.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • scrape or extract data from our platform automatically without written permission;
  • reverse engineer parts of the Service that are not open. RevKlik’s code is licensed AGPL-3.0 and follows that licence;
  • use the Service for unlawful purposes, including fraud, copyright infringement, or distributing malware;
  • interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • use the Service to violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others;
  • create a new account after yours was suspended for a violation.

5. Your responsibility for visitor data

You are the data controller for your site visitors’ data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, including consent where needed, and for telling visitors that you use RevKlik. The Privacy Policy explains the data we process and gives consent guidance.

6. Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly. Every new account gets a 7-day trial with Growth features and no credit card.
  • You can pay by QRIS (Rupiah) or card (USD). Card payments renew automatically until you cancel. A QRIS payment covers one period and must be paid again to renew.
  • You can cancel any time on the Billing page. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • After a trial or subscription ends, we keep recording your site data for 14 days, and the dashboard stays locked until you pick a plan.
  • You can request a refund in writing at support@revklik.com within 14 days of payment; we process it pro rata for the unused period.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.

7. Intellectual property and your data

RevKlik and its licensors hold the rights to the Service, brand, and documentation. RevKlik’s source code is released under AGPL-3.0-only. You keep ownership of the data you collect through the Service (“User Data”). You grant us a limited licence to process User Data only as needed to provide the Service. We do not sell User Data.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will always be available or error-free, that results are accurate, or that defects will be fixed promptly. Net revenue figures are estimates from the fee rules you configure and are not tax or accounting advice.

Our total liability to you will not exceed what you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or your account is inactive for more than 12 months. You can delete your account any time in Settings. Deletion follows the Privacy Policy: live data is removed immediately and backups clear within 30 days, unless the law requires longer retention.

10. Changes to these terms

For material changes we give at least 30 days’ notice by email to your account address and update the date on this page. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including the PDP Law. Disputes are first resolved by consultation. If that fails, they are settled through the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
